I liked this batman but just hated how much he jokes around, i know he jokes around in the comics or shows but thats rare...i just always liked it when he was the serious one, made it seem like he was the boss
Wait? Who helped Batman get all of his bat computers into the batcave? He must of blindfolded those workers or something? Unless Batman posted on Craigslist a job offering and was " yo Batman needs computers installed, pays $120 a day"
I think the sad part about this fight scene is I know exactly where the cherographer got those fight moves against the four guys at once it’s the knightfall issue when Scarcrow tries to take over Gotham and Anarchy tries to kill him.
With everyone showcased here, I feel like I speak for everyone when I say what they need to change or keep the same for the DCEU: The writing and decision making by the directors as of yet have been horrendous. They’ve been constantly trying to keep up with Marvel even though they have had nearly a decade head-start on them. Slow down. Don’t try to be Marvel, be your own universe with your own characters and with your own themes. With the latest movies such as Justice League, Wonder Woman and Suicide Squad, their writing and development for the characters and their representations have mostly been shit. Personally, I liked Wonder Woman because it captured the theme of her and actually made a story that worked. Justice League was made too quickly with them having to introduce half the roster immediately with little to no real buildup with a solo movie or something like that. Suicide Squad seemed like the back of a edgy kids closet, something that should never come out of the closet. While some villain representations were pretty good and some could be amazing if tweaked the right way, they rushed too many characters out to the viewers and leaving many good questions unanswered. Some of the good characters in my opinion were El Diablo, Deadshot and Killer Croc, I only ask that they make Croc bigger to fit his comic look. I don’t care if it’s CGI, I want Killer Croc. Back to BVS, it wasn’t all too great especially with characters like Wonder Woman being thrown in to get attention for her movie. The dark theme was captivated very well though and did bring in a sense of insecurity among the public with both Batman and Superman roaming the streets unchecked. The warehouse fight scene here only shows that they have the right guy for Batman and have the skills to make him look good on screen, I only wished he was like how he was in this scene in every scene. Batman is a ruthless, molded vigilante from crime itself, his rage helps him continue his crusade for justice and vengeance. This is what I want in Batman. Justice League’s Superman in my opinion wasn’t too bad for the few moments where he was actually in costume and doing good.
All that I think the DCEU needs is a proper reboot, use a Flashpoint movie to do this and make the reboot better with new writers and take your time to properly set out your characters. Make them appeal to the audience which is mostly comic fans or fans of the movie genre. Give them something good to look at and write them well into the story and take your time to properly introduce the characters then make a team up film. With these characters and themes, there is true potential. Let’s all just hope that they see something like this and decide to make something good out of this mess of a movie franchise.
It's just a pattern of Hollywood rushing their movies. Just look at Fellowship of the Ring; that movie was rushed to hell because they didn't make solo films for Gandalf, Aragon, Legolas, Gimli, Boromir, Frodo, Sam, Merry, Pippin, Smeagol, Deagol and Tom Bombadil.
Of course he did, like aliens and such, and given the ultimatum like in this scene, but not without the intention of incapacitating first, taking that away just makes him more like the punisher, which I think they were trying to make him seem like, but just gayer with the gadgets instead of guns.
