SECRET NORTH KOREA | YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT IT'S LIKE

01:23:21
I'm just back from North Korea - this is what it's like. Imagine living like you were on a movie set. Welcome to Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea. Imagine having to wake up everyday of your life and perform like you are on a movie set and if you don't - it could mean death? This is real life North Korea today. I travelled to North Korea and filmed this so you can see what it's like. VISIT MY WEBSITE : https://www.wildeontravel.com/ FOLLOW ME ON FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/wildeontravel/ FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/wildeontravel/?hl=en Some of this footage is secretly filmed. You'll get an idea of what it is like to travel to the most isolated country in the world. Visiting many places, including the capital Pyongyang and the poor countryside. Please do not judge the North Korean people in this video. It is impossible to make a fully balanced view of the country by traveling there - on a controlled guided tour. This video is simply presented to give you an indication of my travel experience and my thoughts after returning. North Korea is a unique, if not slightly weird experience. It was safer than many countries I've visited. Hopefully, this will give you another perspective on the DPRK. HIDDEN SECRETS Of Women In North Korea EXPOSED

10:43
Try out ThePremium Network for free: http://goo.gl/2gNzDb CONFESSIONS Of Women In North Korea Revealed Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] We all know that life in North Korea doesn’t exactly seem all that great, but there are a number of unique challenges faced by the women that live there. We’ll give you some inside perspective about what it is like to be a woman living under the North Korean regime. Surprisingly, things have relaxed a bit under the regime of their leader Kim Jong-un, and women are now allowed to have cosmetic surgery to appear more attractive and further their careers. Of course, this isn’t so much a leisure cosmetic practice, but more of an unofficial requirement frequently performed by unqualified people in unsanitary conditions. For those that prefer less invasive beauty methods, you might be surprised to know that despite proclaiming to hate South Korea, the beauty products from their greatest enemy are their absolute favorite. In North Korea, women are forced to serve in the military for seven years, but they are subjected to countless atrocities and receive very little actual training. In many cases, they do not even receive the nutrition that they need in order to remain in good health. Serving in the armed forces is just one way that women in North Korea are called upon to serve the regime, and they are forced to do some even more unscrupulous things that may shock you. You may think that women in the United States made a big deal about the love story in the movie Titanic, but for one North Korean woman that story gave her the desire and the courage to defect from North Korea. 10 Dark Secrets North Korea Doesn't Want You To Know! Subscribe to TheHub http://goo.gl/87YJzG Getting news about anything not military-related from North Korea is tough to say the least. There is so much we don’t know about this mysterious and insular country, but we have managed to dig up a few rather shocking secrets. We’ll tell you some of the dark facts about North Korea that they don’t want you to know. Kim Jong-un is a big deal, but for a long time he didn’t seem likely to succeed his father. And suspiciously enough, one of his siblings was mysteriously and recently taken out of the picture. You’ll learn what it’s like to be a woman in North Korea, and spoiler alert, it’s not great. Even the “fun” parts of North Korea are rather disturbing, like the zoo which features dogs as one exhibit, and only recently got their chimp off of a nasty cigarette habit. 🇰🇵 North Korea’s Secret Money | 101 East

25:01
One man was sent to a construction site in Kuwait. Another went to work in a bank in Singapore. Over the years, an estimated 150,000 North Korean workers have been sent abroad to raise money for the ruling Kim family. This film reveals the men and women who help generate billions of dollars for North Korea - from former high-ranking officers to the workers who toil in factories and on construction sites around the world, only to have most of their salaries go directly back to the pariah state. 101 East meets defectors who say the cash earned overseas goes directly to the Kim family and has helped fund the development of their nuclear missile program. A former high-ranking official reveals how former leader Kim Jong-il created 'Office 39', which manages thousands of companies and factories overseas and provides half of the country's gross domestic product. That money comes from labourers like Lim II. He describes how he worked day and night on a construction site in Kuwait for five months but was never paid any wages. Instead, he says, his salary was sent straight back to Pyongyang. Another defector, Kim Kwang-jin, says he made tens of millions of dollars for North Korea when he was sent to Singapore in the early 2000s to work for the country's North East Asia Bank. "Our main goal was to make foreign cash and this foreign cash business is a complete secret," he says. 101 East follows the trail of North Korea's Secret Money. - Subscribe to our channel: http://aje.io/AJSubscribe - Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/AJEnglish - Find us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aljazeera - Check our website: https://www.aljazeera.com/ #AlJazeeraEnglish #101East #NorthKorea

28 BANNED PHOTOS THAT WERE SECRETLY SMUGGLED OUT OF NORTH KOREA

06:15
28 Banned Photos That Were Secretly Smuggled Out Of North Korea. The entire country is shrouded in both literal and figurative darkness, making it one of the most mysterious places in the world. Not many outsiders have a chance to visit North Korea -in fact, it's nearly impossible for American to venture in without a pricey and heavily regulated visa. One photographer, Eric Lafforgue managed to visit the world's most peculiar and talked-about nation six times, and the photos he took there are truly compelling. For those that make it inside North Korea's borders, photography is highly-restricted and frowned upon. Using memory cards that he had to smuggle out of the country illegally, Lafforgue was able to share North Korea with the world in a way it has never been seen before. See the photos, along with Lafforgue's descriptions, below. #1. ‘This soldier was sleeping in a field. This picture really contributed to me getting banned from the country.’ #2. A woman standing in the middle of a crowd of soldiers. This picture is not supposed to be taken as officials do not allow army pictures. #3. ‘The North Korean army is said to be one of the most important in the world. But if you travel there, you’ll often see soldiers doing menial tasks like helping farmers.’ #4. ‘Outside urban areas, such a scene is fairly common.’ #5. ‘Pyongyang’s subway system is the deepest in the world as it doubles as a bomb shelter. Someone saw me taking this picture and told me to delete it since it included the tunnel.’ #6. ‘The North Korean officials hate when you take this kind of picture. Even when I explain that poverty exists all around the world, in my own country as well, they forbid me from taking pictures of the poor.’ #7. ‘When times are hard (as they usually are here), kids can be found working for the farming collectives.’ #8. ‘For a long time, bans against black market sales have been strictly enforced. Grey market vendors are more common. They earn a little money selling cigarettes or sweets.’ #9. ‘On the day of the Kimjongilia festival, thousands of North Koreans must queue up to visit various monuments.' #10. ‘Pyongyang is supposed to be the showcase of North Korea, so building exteriors are carefully maintained. When you get a rare chance to look inside, the bleak truth becomes apparent.’ #11. ‘As cars have become more widespread in Pyongyang, the peasants are still getting accustomed to seeing them. Kids play in the middle of the main avenues just like before when there were no cars in sight.’ #12. ‘One night, on the way back to the hotel my bus had to take an alternate route due to street closures. As we passed by old buildings, the guides asked me not to shoot with flash. The official reason was to avoid scaring people.’ #13. ‘A visit to a rural home. Those houses and the families who live there are carefully selected by the government. But sometimes, a detail like a bathroom used as a cistern shows that times are hard.’ #14. ‘Public transportation connecting the main towns is nearly non-existent. Citizens need permits to go from one place to another. On the highways, you can spot soldiers hitchhiking.’ #15. ‘Showing poverty is forbidden, but displaying wealth is also a big taboo in North Korea. In a park on a Sunday afternoon, I found this car that belongs to one of Pyongyang’s elite. The owners were having a BBQ.’ #16. ‘It is forbidden to take pictures of soldiers relaxing.’ #17. ‘It is also forbidden to photograph malnutrition.’ #18. ‘You can find all kinds of food and drink in Pyongyang’s two supermarkets where things are sold in both euros and wins. They even have Evian water. Only the elite can shop there.’ #19. ‘It’s not a circus, they are workers in a country with low safety standards.’ #20. ‘When visiting the delphinium in Pyongyang, you can photograph the animals, but not the soldiers who make up 99 per cent of the crowd.’ #21. ‘Paranoia is strong in North Korean minds. I took this picture at a funfair of a tired mother and child resting on a bench. I was asked to delete the picture since the guides were certain I would have said those people were homeless.’ #22. ‘This is never supposed to happen: a broom standing on the base of Kim Il Sung’s statue in Mansudae, in Pyongyang.’ #23. ‘This kind of picture is widespread in the west. The caption often explains that North Koreans eat grass from the park. The guides get furious if you take it.’ #24. ‘When you visit families, the guides love it if you take pics to show the world that kids have computers. But when they see there is no electricity, then they ask you to delete.’ #25. ‘It is absolutely forbidden to take a picture of the Kim statues from the back. It is considered very rude.’ #26. ‘Queuing is a national sport for North Koreans.’ This is the line for the bus. #27. This is what happens when the bus breaks down.

But these weapons are real and are still part of the arsenal of North Korean spies. Agents from the most isolated country on Earth are not a thing of the past, said one man who claims his job once was to infiltrate South Korea on missions for the Kim regime. Chosen for the job while still in high-school, Kim Dong-shik told CNN he was sent to a specialized university for four years where he learned skills including martial arts, scuba diving, how to shoot and rig explosives. Only years later when he was fully trained was he told why he had been chosen...." Images North Korea DOESN'T Want You To See

08:58
For the longest time, North Korea has been a thorn for western democracies, from their crazy missile experiments, to insane propaganda, the DPRK regime has a lot of dark secrets that it does NOT want exposed, check out 20 Images North Korea DOESN’T Want You To See. Subscribe to Talltanic http://goo.gl/wgfvrr 12.Okay, sorry, this is the last of the photoshop propaganda, I promise. Would you look at that, it is well known that countries always send the BEST, biggest, strongest, most badass soldiers to represent their country when dealing with North Korea. Instead of finding someone to compete on the North Korean side, they choose the easy way out and photoshop people. Great. 11. When its 2017 and you gotta look dope in front of all your enemies, you get on your airplane… and talk on a landline. At least you know there is no one listening 10. Mr. Rocketman with the ultimate show of force, the middle finger. For a dear glorious leader that wants to be recognized as a big player in the global political stage, this image might hurt, more than help. Oh wait a minute, I just got bamboozled. This is not Mr. rocketman, he is merely an IMPERSONATOR ! Unbelievable, I was really hoping this image was the real deal 9. Since 2009, North Korea has detained 10 U.S. Citizens within its borders. Otto Warmbier was one of those unfortunate souls. Looking at this picture, it would seem North Koreans didn’t treat Otto too badly, but this picture does not explain why he was in a comma for the last year of his life. When he was brought back to the U.S, Otto had extensive brain damage and suffered from “unresponsive wakefulness”. The regime said they were not responsible for Otto’s death. What do you think happened? 8. Can you venture a guess as to whats going on in this picture? Is the nice old man cleaning up the nearby park ? Or is he collecting grass that he can eat later? Unfortunately, there are many reports that some people in North Korea are so broke and hungry, that they actually eat grass. According to nutritionists, eating grass is not the WORST thing in the world, but it does cause digestive issues, also it will ruin your teeth, so don’t go grazing around town ! 7.Well well well, would you look at that? Just when you thought North Korea was nothing but failure and hungry people, this image pops up. This is a high end store hidden away in Pyongyang. While some people are forced to eat grass to survive, the higher ups in the system can afford to smell like Burberry. Fancy. 6. What are we looking at here ? Apparently, these people are lining up to take public transport to get to work. I’m not sure why this is such a bad picture of North Korea, has anyone seen what the NYC metro looks like in rush hour? 5. Believe it or not, some citizens have access to personal computers, electricity on the other hand… not so much. Tourists in the country are encouraged to take photos that put North Korea in a good light, as this example shows, its a double edged sword sometimes. 4.Since we are on the subject of electricity, check this out; top left, we got China. Bottom right, we have South Korea. VENTURE A GUESS AS TO WHAT IS IN BETWEEN ! The glorious DPRK, or Democratic People’s Republic of Korea… where there is so much love for the environment that EVERYONE is forced to turn the lights off at night. Either that or they don’t know how to meet their energy needs. 3. In North Korea, soldiers are supposed to represent the mighty power of the regime. This picture shows the exact opposite of power. It's just two guys, relaxing, smoking a cigarette. UNACCEPTABLE ! 2. What started off as a small scale mud festival, grew into a 2.2 million visitor attraction 20 years later. Unfortunately for North Korea, this didn’t occur within their borders. I’m sure they would have loved the international love and attention. This mud fest obviously occurs in South Korea, and judging by the photo of these two ladies, it seems like its a free for all of fun, love, and happiness. The North Korean government definitely doesn’t want you to see this picture… or anything about South Korea if we are being honest. 1.What the heck is going on here? As it turns out, this is a snapshot of the epic CHOCOBOMB balloon party in 2014. These eco friendly balloons were filled with choco pies, a popular snack in South Korea. They were banned in North Korea, but people love choco pies. They loved them so much so that there was a black market for the pies. Ahhh, 2014, a much simpler time. Instead of worrying about thermonuclear war, people were sending out snack packages with funny looking balloons.

SECRETS Kim Jong-Un Doesn't Want You To Know ***COPY PASTE THIS TEXT INTO YOUR VIDEO***: "10 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS GIVEAWAY THE RICHEST https://goo.gl/emLSVR CLICK HERE TO SUBSCRIBE http://goo.gl/9CwQhg" For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Life in North Korea is strange and mysterious to us outsiders, but we do have an idea of how truly horrible it can be. Needless to say, Kim Jong-un isn’t crazy about people leaving his regime, but some people are willing to risk it all for a chance at freedom. Charging over the border into South Korea isn’t an option for most people, and with good reason, so how do they manage to get to safety? Getting into China isn’t enough, and many find themselves traveling through Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand before finally making it to safety. You might be surprised to know that some people, like Charles Ryu, have gotten caught and brought back before finally succeeding in reaching the United States. Joseph Kim found freedom as well, but wonders what happened to his mother and sister who tried to escape to China years before he did. While some hide from North Korea in fear, other activists like Yeonmi Park and Hyeonseo Lee speak out about North Korea and hope to rescue more of their fellow citizens. From their reeducation centers to their prison camps, very few people make it out alive, and those that do are forever scarred by their experiences. We’ll let you in on some of the shocking and disturbing secrets about what goes on in there. Hyeon Soo Lim is a Canadian pastor who managed to be set free after losing a third of his body weight in a labor camp, and experts say that his experience was even easier than most. Otto Warmbier was an American student punished for stealing a sign in Pyongyang, and he never recovered from the traumatic injuries he sustained while in the camp. Things are so bad, that many people believe that Kim Jong-un should be tried for crimes against humanity because of the prison camps. The DARK TRUTH Of Being An Olympic Athlete from NORTH KOREA

04:41
The secret lives on North Korean Olympic athletes. Subscribe to our channel: http://goo.gl/9CwQhg It’s time to step away from the missiles, the military parades and all that rhetoric that we’ve seen coming out of Pyongyang, North Korea recently. It’s February and every four years that means it’s time for the Winter Olympics. This year’s games are especially intriguing because North Korean participation, while small, has been given considerable coverage when it comes to the topic of international relations. Yet, let’s not overlook the athletes themselves. Being an Olympian from a ‘regular’ country can be demanding and require sacrifice. Being an Olympian from North Korea? Well, that’s even more difficult and filled with dark aspects you may have never known about. Pyongyang’s athletes don’t just need to worry about training and getting to the games. As you’ll see, they also have to worry about failing, not meeting their Leader’s requests and the fate of their families back home. From defections to being used as political pawns, the life of a North Korean Olympian is, indeed, filled with many dark truths.

नार्थ कोरिया के चौंकाने वाले तथ्य // NORTH KOREA FACTS IN HINDI

03:23
नार्थ कोरिया के चौंकाने वाले तथ्य // NORTH KOREA FACTS IN HINDI North Korea (About this sound listen), officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK About this sound listen), is a country in East Asia constituting the northern part of the Korean Peninsula. Pyongyang is the nation's capital and largest city. To the north and northwest the country is bordered by China and by Russia along the Amnok (known as the Yalu in China) and Tumen rivers;[13] it is bordered to the south by South Korea, with the heavily fortified Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) separating the two. However, the territory is wholly claimed by the Republic of Korea according to the constitution.[14] In 1910, Korea was annexed by the Empire of Japan. After the Japanese surrender at the end of World War II in 1945, Korea was divided into two zones along the 38th parallel by the United States and the Soviet Union, with the north occupied by the Soviets and the south by the Americans. Negotiations on reunification failed, and in 1948, separate governments were formed: the socialist Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the north, and the capitalist Republic of Korea in the south. An invasion initiated by North Korea led to the Korean War (1950–1953). The Korean Armistice Agreement brought about a ceasefire, but no peace treaty was signed.[15] WATCH OUR OTHER VIDEOS HISTORY - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2ZpnBXKu_csRW5eFxYdx__mw6 ISLAMIC COUNTRIES - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2ZpkrlbbBDWaZG-eUNfaVJVCT ISLAM- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2ZpmAY7FEpTIqHVhasLoK6rMk INDIA- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2Zpli_8S52WFLsKBWw1Q5Q07R UNIVERSE - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2Zpn6uFzll-ltltjbLc8hRJZ7 FUTURE- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2Zpms8UvW4D28QRvHYN-WLf0o ISRO - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2ZpkQhdd_V_OqfsyXtbMxV37g INTELLIGENCE AGENCY - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2Zpmp-xMWE7SGEIP5_etyvSy2 COUNTRIES - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2ZpnTys0_VKmgmJsUAbfGT-4I ISRAEL - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs1RJnSd2ZplGV_OFvYkRq1nkG8Ts805w -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "✅भारत पाकिस्तान और इजराइल की अनसुनी कहानी // UNTOLD STORY OF INDIA , ISRAEL AND PAKISTAN" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gKwoFWoaFA -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Illеgally Entering North Korea (2018 Documentary)

41:16
Just 20 Years Old I Enter North Korea to Document The Danger. I manAged to interact with locals, take mass amounts of video and photographs and get them out of the country. This happened during December 2016 and January 2017. This documentary about the travel industry in North Korea has been over 1 year in the making. I was inspired to do this because of FunForLouis VLods in North Korea made the country appear safe to travel to and film in. His vlogs were very misleading. The filming I did raised the attention of my North Korean tour guides. At one point one of the Chinese tour guides reported to me that the North Korean guides had said "We aren't sure if we can trust him not to make anti-North Korean Propaganda" he warned me to delete any negative photos/video and restrict the number of videos/photos I'm taking. At one point in the Yanggakdo Hotel I wanted to use the swimming pool. The North Korean receptionist informed me that she needed to hold my camera for 'safe keeping'. I found this suspicious so I gave her the camera and walked around the corner and silently counted to 20. Then I returned and saw she was going through the footage on my camera. A total violation of privacy (you have none in North Korea) What's worse the video she was watching was one of me in a bathroom complaining about having no privacy in the hotel. The next morning I found out the receptionist had alerted hotel security who then alerted the North Korean tour guides. I was then forced to delete the footage. Although I AM NOT A JOURNALIST, I'm just a kid with a camera; I'm sure they suspected me of being a journalist and I was very close to being arrested by North Korean authorities for entering on a tourist visa rather than a journalist visa. North Korea arrests a very high ratio of Americans for often no reason at all. American prisoners are then used as political pawns for diplomacy (North Korea releases prisoners in trades with the United States) Arrests of Americans has become such a problem that the United States as of 2017 has a total ban on tourism to North Korea Please do not travel to North Korea, regardless of your nationality this country is dangerous and has a track record of mistreatment of foreigners. I wholeheartedly regret going here, it was absolutely not worth it. The faces of non-North Koreans have been blurred because of threats I received from tourists in the video. Blurring of faces also complies with YouTube's privacy guidelines. The contract I signed in China is only valid under the jurisdiction of Hong-Kong and not the rest of the world and holds no weight internationally. "Hell holes": North Korea's secret prison camps

04:28
Amnesty International has published satellite imagery and new testimony that shed light on the horrific conditions in North Korea's network of political prison camps, which hold an estimated 200,000 people. The images reveal the location, size and conditions inside the camps. Amnesty International spoke to a number of people, including former inmates from the political prison camp at Yodok as well as guards in other political prison camps, to obtain information about life in the camps. According to former detainees at the political prison camp at Yodok, prisoners are forced to work in conditions approaching slavery and are frequently subjected to torture and other cruel, inhumane, and degrading treatment. All the detainees at Yodok have witnessed public executions. "North Korea can no longer deny the undeniable. For decades the authorities have refused to admit to the existence of mass political prison camps," said Sam Zarifi, Amnesty International Asia Pacific Director.

With such strict rules and regulations, people on the outside rarely get the chance to see what it’s like to live there. The lives of the women in North Korea are particularly hard. Here is The Secret Lives of North Korean Women. North Korean women can only choose from one of a few approved haircuts. There are 28 approved haircuts in total, but some of them are for men. Women who are unmarried are allowed to wear their hair long and flowy, whereas women who are wed must choose shorter, more conservative hairstyles. The fear of divorce is always there for women in North Korea. In this country, nothing is more important than the state and party affiliation. If a woman does something that is out of line with party ideology, she could be easily divorced and will have a much harder time in society on her own. Many women in North Korea live in prison camps. The punishment for tiny infractions against the law are severe and if you do something that goes against the state, you could spend your whole life in a prison camp. If a family member commits a crime, you may also end up spending time in a prison camp with them. Whether it’s them being seen as bad luck, education standards, or wedding traditions, life in North Korea is quite different for women than anywhere else in the world. Stay tuned to The Secret Lives of North Korean Women to find out why special treatment in the military isn’t a good thing. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheTalko Twitter: https://twitter.com/thetalko Instagram: https://instagram.com/the_talko ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.thetalko.com/

Secret footage North Korea - This is the DPRK

I think "The Mirror" might be a bit sensationalist and is exaggerating the video. I do not think that the child is dying of starvation. I think he might be hungry and malnourished, but I think there is little if any chance of him falling over dead in a couple of weeks. Also, I'm not certain if the camp shown is a Kwalliso (long-term concentration camp for grave political crimes) or a Rodong Danryeondae (short-term detention/forced-labor camp for minor offenses). I suspect it's the latter, because I doubt the brave man filming this would be able to get close enough to the former to record it on video.

The Paektu Secret Camp is an area (about 682km outside Pyongyang) where a number of secret bases (secret camp No.0 through No.4) were built according to the policy put forward by President Kim Il Sung at the Nanhutou Meeting in February Juche 25 (1936). These secret camps were hidden in forests and were not disclosed until Korea was liberated. The secret camp No.1 served as headquarters of the Korean People's Army. North Korea Secret Places - Part 1

05:48
This video is not intended as a complaint against the communist regimes and other boring things but instead it wants to show what a totalitarian regime can do: while a small proportion of the population live in luxury the rest of the population lives in extreme poverty. This video shows some of the luxury residences of Kim Jong Il. While he can afford to choose where to stay home, NGO workers report that in some villages, the food situation is so serious that the population is forced to feed on wild grasses (source http://www.lefigaro.fr/international/2011/02/27/01003-20110227ARTFIG00249-le-regime-nord-coreen-s-inquiete-des-revoltes-arabes.php). Visiting North Korea | DW Documentary

42:56
Few tourists manage to peek behind the iron curtain of North Korea's dictatorship. But the journalist Luca Faccio managed to visit Kim Jong Un's regime. Anyone venturing behind the world’s last Iron Curtain into North Korea will experience a very different country to the one we know only through the usual images of rocket launches and mass rallies. The country is ruled by the dictator Kim Jong Un, whom the people worship - or are made to worship - as a god-like father figure. Little is known about daily life in North Korea, because all images that reach the outside world have been censored by the government. Visitors rarely see evidence of oppression, enforced conformity and starvation in the rural population. Still, journalist Luca Faccio is able to offer some interesting insights into the isolated country - although, of course, government watchdogs are on his heels everywhere he goes. _______ Exciting, powerful and informative – DW Documentary is always close to current affairs and international events.
